Cancellation policy
At Newcastle Physio Solutions, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient. When
appointments are cancelled at short notice, it is often impossible to offer that appointment to
another patient who requires treatment.
1.
More Than 48 Hours' Notice
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a
full refund or may be rescheduled without charge.
2.
Between 24 and 48 Hours' Notice
Appointments cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50%
refund of any fees paid.
3.
Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund. The
full appointment fee will be retained by the clinic.
4.
Failure to Attend (No-Show)
Patients who fail to attend an appointment without providing notice will not be entitled to a refund
and will be charged the full appointment fee.
5.
Treatment Packages
For prepaid treatment packages, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed
without notice, will be deducted from the package entitlement.
6.
Exceptional Circumstances
We appreciate that genuine emergencies can arise. In exceptional circumstances, Newcastle
Physio Solutions may waive cancellation charges at its sole discretion.
7.
Acceptance of Policy
By booking an appointment with Newcastle Physio Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to this
cancellation policy.
