WE DON'T JUST TREAT WHERE IT HURTS
Pain isn't always as straightforward as it seems.
That's why we don't simply focus on the painful area and send you home with a list of exercises.
We take the time to understand the bigger picture — what you're experiencing, how you're moving and what might be keeping the problem going.
Find the cause → Treat it properly → Help stop it coming back.

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2012 after completing a Master’s degree at Northumbria University. Prior to this, I gained a BSc in Sports Therapy, building a strong foundation in injury rehabilitation and performance-based treatment.
Over the years, I have worked in both private physiotherapy practice and the NHS, treating a wide range of patients and sportspeople, including gymnasts, rugby players, and runners. I have also worked alongside a swimming club based in Newcastle upon Tyne, helping athletes manage injuries and improve performance.
Since qualifying, I have completed an acupuncture foundation course and regularly incorporate acupuncture into my treatment approach where appropriate. I am also a qualified Sports Massage and Swedish Massage therapist.
I am HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
What I enjoy most about physiotherapy is helping people overcome injury, regain full function, and return to the activities, training, or sports they enjoy.
Outside of work, I enjoy hillwalking and am also a member of a metal detecting club based in the North East.

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment and hands-on treatment where appropriate, so you can start working on your problem straight away.
That's exactly what the initial assessment is for. We'll assess what's happening and explain it clearly.
We'll explain what's safe to do and what to avoid, giving you more confidence throughout your recovery.
We'll review your progress and give you a clear idea of what you should do next.
