Pain When Turning Your Neck Or Lifting Your Arm? Discover The Real Cause - Not Just A Temporary Fix
Many people with neck or shoulder pain are told to rest, take pain killers or just "give it time."
But if that worked.... you wouldn't still be here.
The real problem is that most treatments focus on symptoms - not the root cause.
Without identifying what's actually driving your pain (posture, muscle imbalances, joint stiffness or movement habits), It keeps coming back.
You may feel better for a few days or weeks.....
but the pain returns when you turn your neck, lift your arm or sit for too long.
At Newcastle Physio Solutions we take a different approach.
We find the cause of your neck or shoulder pain - and fix it properly, so it doesn't keep coming back.
Identify the exact cause of your pain.
✓ Understand why it hasn’t gone away yet
✓ Find out what can be done to fix it
✓ Get a clear personalised recovery plan
✓ Know what is safe to do — and what to avoid
✓ Reduce the ongoing need for painkillers
✓ As long as it is safe to do so you will get your therapy started
✓ Leave feeling reassured and confident about the next steps

At Newcastle Physio Solutions we focus on identifying the root cause of neck or and shoulder pain and fixing it properly, not just short-term symptom relief.
✓ Are over 40 and tired of living with ongoing neck pain.
✓ Have neck pain that keeps coming back or never fully settles.
✓ Have tried rest, pain killers or exercises but the problem hasn’t properly improved.
✓ Want clear answers about what is causing their pain.
✓ Want to stay active and independent.
✓ Want to reduce their reliance on pain medication.
✓ Want to get back to walking, exercising or playing sport comfortably.
✗ You are looking for a quick massage or temporary pain relief.
✗ You are not prepared to follow a recovery plan or exercises.
✗ You expect the pain to disappear without addressing the underlying cause.
✗ You are only looking for medication rather than identifying the reason for your pain.

Ross is the senior physiotherapist at Newcastle Physio Solutions and specialises in helping people recover from back pain, knee pain, neck pain and sports injuries.
His approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause of pain, rather than simply treating symptoms. By understanding what is really causing the problem, Ross creates clear, personalised treatment plans that help patients move comfortably again.
Ross holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University and previously completed a degree in Sports Therapy. His background in both physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation gives him a strong understanding of how injuries develop and how to help people recover safely and effectively.
Patients appreciate Ross’s calm and approachable manner. He takes the time to listen carefully, explain what is happening, and guide patients through a structured recovery plan so they can return to the activities they enjoy.
